  Truth is veiled for witnesses. They are convinced they are worshiping in truth. When in fact, the truth the bible is referring to is here in Corinthians. Verse 3 refers to the those who are veiling truth and still calling it good news, notice that they perish.

  In the later verses we are told that the real good news or truth is that, Jesus is Lord, Love him. Witnesses go contrary to verse 5 where it says not to preach about yourselves but to preach about Jesus. They do not preach about Jesus.

  (2 Corinthians 4:1-6) 4 That is why, since we have this ministry according to the mercy that was shown us, we do not give up; 2 but we have renounced the underhanded things of which to be ashamed, not walking with cunning, neither adulterating the word of God, but by making the truth manifest recommending ourselves to every human conscience in the sight of God. 3 If, now, the good news we declare is in fact veiled, it is veiled among those who are perishing, 4 among whom the god of this system of things has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, that the illumination of the glorious good news about the Christ, who is the image of God, might not shine through. 5 For we are preaching, not ourselves, but Christ Jesus as Lord, and ourselves as YOUR slaves for Jesus' sake. 6 For God is he who said: "Let the light shine out of darkness," and he has shone on our hearts to illuminate [them] with the glorious knowledge of God by the face of Christ.

  Also he quoted you Math 7: 21. That was ironically talking about False Prophets. Plus it's talking about how to get into heaven.

  (Matthew 7:21) 21 "Not everyone saying to me, ‘Lord, Lord,' will enter into the kingdom of the heavens, but the one doing the will of my Father who is in the heavens will.

  So what is the fathers will.

  Preaching about his son.

  So if gods word is truth then he would get into heaven for doing gods will. What? Heaven!

  The scripture about the Boreans is dumb to quote too. It encourages studying the scriptures. Not watchtowers

  Sorry I rambled, It's just such stupid reasoning.

  So now I dodged your question. LOL

  Ask him to tell you exactly what the good news is. Using only scriptures. He will be forced to actually look for it and will be surprised to find it's not what they are preaching.

  you all know he was in a terrible motor bike accident.broke every bone in his body.

  Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!

  You'll be shocked at the places you can change a baby. In the car, on your lap, the floor. I myself am great at the standing change, I use that when there is nowhere you would want to lay your baby down.(eg, gas station bathroom)

  It's all a learning curve. You'll be great!

  so- i thought i'd share what i thought was the strangest, most offensive, weird language dealing with what the wt society calls " disfellowshipping offenses " .

  I do not support this hijack, however I will say you are right on the titties thing. I believe the bible supports it. I give the following scripture as proof.

  (Song of Solomon 1:13,14) 13 As a bag of myrrh my dear one is to me; between my breasts he will spend the night. 14 As a cluster of henna my dear one is to me, among the vineyards of En-ge′di."

  The next scripture I am putting in here not because it supports my thought, but, because it makes me giggle.

  (Song of Solomon 8:1-3) . . ."O that you were like a brother of mine, sucking the breasts of my mother! Should I find you outside, I would kiss you. People would not even despise me. 2 I would lead you, I would bring you into the house of my mother, who used to teach me.   I did bring that up. I even suggested it could have been me on the answering machine. They had nothing! They hadn't even checked my home. Or called my house. They were bad detectives.

  Topic 11 makes me think of this:

  Back when I was dating my now husband. Elders were always staked out at his house trying to catch me. When I eventually had an elders meeting , they said they never seen me go in or come out of the house but they heard a womens voice and so they knew I was inside. When I did not confess but instead was upset that maybe my boyfriend had another girl inside they looked so shocked . They hadn't thought of any other possible scenario, my innocence was not fathomable.

  I of course knew he wasn't cheating, I could not explain the voice in the house. They had it written down like it was an actual crime that had taken place and I was accountable for my whereabouts. I was surprised how sure of my guilt they were. They wanted to catch me soooo bad. It was so exciting for them to play cops and robbers, lording thier special book of rules over people. It was so dissapointing for them. They were genuinely upset that they could not Df me.

  It is disgusting.

  I was just trying to make you feel better 3 dogs. I do have other reasons for loving this site. It's the best resourse I have, I can vent, study, laugh, cry or just chat with people who know what it's like to be a me. I can read about and share my thoughts on subjects that are taboo in my 'real' life.

  It's a messed up situation we are in and these people understand. No matter what stage of withdrawl you are in you will find someone who comforts you. And Once in while you can comfort someone else. Thats why I love it.
